Kindly provide your order number and attach a clear photo of the affected product. Once verified, we will promptly assist with a replacement or resolution.
3. Opened Products
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we cannot accept returns of any opened products. Please ensure you review product details before purchase.
4. How to Report an Issue

- We’ll review and reply within 3 business days.
- If approved, we’ll guide you on the next steps (e.g., return label, replacement order).
5. Processing Time
